All cancellations require 24 hours' notice. Cancelling less than 24 hours from your appointment time for any reason will require a deposit upfront for all future appointments. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be forfeited if you cancel again. I have a 10-minute grace period, please stay in contact with me if you are running late. I am very understanding and can often still accommodate a simplified design or service with the appropriate time left in your appointment and notice to prepare. 10 min late with notice = $5 and possible simplified service 15 min late with notice = $10 charge and simplified service 20 min late with notice = no service provided, card on file charged $30 and we can reschedule. 10 min late with NO notice = $10 and possible simplified service 15 min late with NO notice = $15 charge and simplified service 20 min late with NO notice = no service provided, card on file charged full amount of service(s) booked & no future bookings allowed.
