CANCELLATION POLICY
MissFit Nail Studio: Cancellation & Late Policy Cancellations: All cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the card on file will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% per service. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to your service total at your appointment. Groupon Clients: You are not required to leave a deposit since your service is prepaid through Groupon. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be permanently banned from booking at the studio, and your Groupon will be forfeited. You may contact Groupon for a refund, though it is not guaranteed and depends on their policy. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you are allowed to reschedule once. If you cancel or no-show that rescheduled appointment, you will be banned from future bookings, and your Groupon will be forfeited. Late Arrivals: We have a generous grace period—please stay in touch if you’re running late! I’m happy to adjust your service if possible. With notice: 10 minutes late: $5 fee + may require a simplified service 15 minutes late: $10 fee + simplified service required 20 minutes late: No service provided; $30 cancellation fee charged; must reschedule Without notice: 10 minutes late: $10 fee + may require a simplified service 15 minutes late: $15 fee + simplified service required 20 minutes late: No service provided; **full service amount charged to card on file; no future bookings allowed**
